Stack
A Python backend with SQLite and an event log, a local language model and embeddings, a 64-tool registry. A viewer in React and React Three Fiber.
Highlights
- The engine is ground truth. Agent beliefs never mutate world facts, because hallucinations cascade agent to agent.
- Ambient mode. Ten-minute beats, load, act, unload, near-zero GPU between beats, after the always-on version was ruled to be living beyond its means.
- A finished 3D town viewer at dusk with citizen, governance, and event panels.
